Sharp Alphanumeric Display

Most digital gauges have a 9 segment display or at the most a LCD / backlit displays. Ogauge has a full colour OLED display, which is visible in sunlight and also from an angle. The full LED bargraph helps define the pressure in percent of full scale. It is particularly useful in dark environment.

A variety of information can be displayed, meaningfully, on the display. The colours indicate the safety of the applied pressures in the process. The relay colour codes indicate the relay number being referred. And all the symbols on the baseline are visible from afar to know the status of the gauge.

The powersave mode, which can be accessed from mobile in device settings, can help conserve energy by turning off the bargraph, percent markers or even the OLED itself.

Relays

Ogauge has four onboard independant hard relays. Each of these relays can be programmed to suit the process parameters. Typically, the lower limit, upper limit, lower delay, upper delay can be set using the onboard keyboard, the mobile app or even the remote dashboard. There is also the facility of manual reset for each of the relays, which is useful in many processes.

Since the relays are onboard, the hassles of wiring up a relay through a PLC and a transmitter are eliminated. The response time too is far better.

Two Configurable
Analogue Outputs

Most transmitters will have only one analogue output. Ogauge has not one, but two analogue outputs. One voltage and the other current. What is more, these too are configurable. One can have all combinations like 4 – 20 mA, 0 – 20 mA or 0 – 10 VDC, 1 – 5 VDC or custom configurations. The zero and span of the device too can be set using the mobile app.

The admin role has the option of calibrating the gauge with 5 calibration points in specific range to improve accuracy of output.
